Just a few days ago, we talked about the launch of Vivo's new upcoming phone Vivo T3 Pro 5G in one of our blogs, and now the company has revealed many specs and launch date of this new phone on Flipkart and Vivo's website. With this Vivo has confirmed that its latest mid-range performance focused phone, Vivo T3 Pro will be launched in India this August. The teasing will be about one feature every day, although many features are still to be revealed but we have shared many leaks and all those revealed features with you in this blog.
The Vivo T3 Pro 5G is officially set to launch in India on August 27th, with the event kicking off at 12 PM. The smartphone will be available for purchase via Flipkart, with additional availability likely through other major online and offline retail channels across the country.
Vivo says it will reveal the design of the T3 Pro on August 20, processor details on August 21, camera on August 23 and battery on August 26. Today, on August 21, we will see which Snapdragon chipset will power the T3 Pro. Two days later, we will know which Sony IMX sensor will be behind the main camera, and on August 26, we will get details about the battery.
Well, this was the news of the phone's launch and now let's know all the details of this phone which is being confirmed by Flipkart and also many things that the company will reveal. First of all, talking about the display, the handset will have a 3D curved AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 4,500 nits peak brightness. Vivo T3 Pro 5G is being said to be the thinnest curved phone in the segment at 0.749cm. It will come in Sandstone Orange colour and have a vegan leather back, which is quite similar to the iQOO Z9s Pro. It has a 'squircle' camera design with two sensors and a light ring on the side.
Though Flipkart will get into details of the chipset, camera and battery in next few days when it is officially announced here are some possibilities based on reliable sources. The latest leaks suggest that the Vivo T3 Pro 5G will be based on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, about which we dropped a hint in our previous blog. The same device apparently managed to breach the 824,000 point mark on the AnTuTu benchmark platform suggesting fantastic performance.
The Vivo T3 Pro 5G is also said to come with a battery capacity of 5500 mAh that makes it perform well in multitasking, gaming or average day-to-day use. Phones could get up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS3.1 storage offering fast read/write speed, which would ultimately aid in overall performance improvement.
More powerful thanks to new chipset and a higher battery capacity compared with its 4,600mAh of last year's Vivo T2 Proし+ The device is expected to feature a 50MP Sony IMX882 major sensor with optical face detection, the same as Realme GT Pro rumored devices called Poco F6 and Vivo V30e according to Mysmartprice.
However, the Vivo T3 Pro 5G is also rumored to be a rebadged version of the iQOO Z9s Pro which means that it may carry minor software tweaks and different branding but other than these both devices are likely similar. The phone is rumored to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC and it will support up t o80W fast charging solution too for quick battery refills.
One key differentiator is the availability—the Vivo T3 Pro will be a Flipkart-exclusive model. However, the biggest question remains: what will the pricing be? For that, we’ll have to wait until the official launch next Tuesday.
