Recently a new blog was posted by AndroBranch in which we told the possibilities of the new phone to be launched by Nothing and now we are getting a report in which one of our possibilities seems to be true.
As we said in the previous blog, soon we will get to see a new phone from Nothing either it will be Nothing Phone 3 or CMF Phone 1, and now you or we do not need to get confused between these two phones because Nothing has revealed this.
As Nothing retweeted CMFbyNothing's tweet saying "CMF Phone 1 is Coming", the CMF by Nothing tweet also talked about the launch of CMF Phone, meaning it is now confirmed that we will soon see the first phone of Nothing's subbrand CMF. The teaser shows a dial similar to the CMF Neckband Pro, and also hints at a leather finish.
Nothing CEO Carl Pei has confirmed that the Nothing Phone (3) will not be released in 2024. The announcement was made in a video posted on X, where Pei stressed the importance of "getting the product right", instead suggesting a launch in 2025. In the video, Pei discussed his approach to incorporating AI into Nothing's products. He talked about the current trend of AI-based products, mentioning the challenges faced by devices like the Human AI Pin and Rabbit R1.
Pei expressed his goal of "building a bridge from today's app-based user experience to the post-app world of tomorrow." The upcoming Nothing phone (3) is expected to materialize this vision, with new hardware and software features aimed at enhancing the user experience through AI.
As per several rumours, the phone will feature a 6.67-inch 120Hz OLED display, dual camera setup at the back, with a 50MP primary sensor, a 16MP front-facing camera, MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset, which is the same as the Nothing phone (2a).
The phone is said to have 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB or 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage options with the possibility of expanding the memory via a microSD card and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging compared to 45W charging support in the phone (2a).
Talking about the price, our estimate is still the same as before, in which we said that the starting price of CMF phone will be from Rs 20,000 for 128GB phone and around Rs 24,000 for 256GB phone. And talking about the launch, we will get to see this new CMF phone by July 2024.
