Samsung has officially released its most powerful wearable chip, the Exynos W1000. Built on a cutting-edge 3nm GAA process, the chip features a configuration of 1xA78 + 4xA55 cores, with the large core running at 1.6GHz and the small cores at 1.5GHz.
Key features include:
• Single-core performance increased by 3.4 times.
• Multi-core performance increased by 3.7 times, enhancing application speeds by 2.7 times.
• Equipped with Mali™-G68 MP2 GPU.
• Supports Always-On Display (AOD) engine and utilizes FOPLP packaging and LPDDR5 memory.
The Exynos W1000 chip will debut on the Galaxy Watch7 and Ultra models.
